Innovation/Venture Concept: After understanding and researching my opportunity and target audience, I came up with the idea of Eazy Eatz. Eazy Eatz is a food delivery service that adds variety to the competition. Eazy Eatz will reduce the delivery cost for customer convenience, and regardless of location (within city limits), Eazy Eatz wants to add more restaurant choices. By also creating an app that allows direct communication between the customer and delivery driver, the customer will be able to communicate about specific food orders, adjustments, and more. The customer will be able to choose and track their preferred available driver with automated updates. With these advances Eazy Eatz can bring new competition and provide higher standards to food delivery services.

Summary Feedback: In my feedback, I did not receive much in critiques, but  the one I did receive was making sure that I add a lot of variety to appease to my customers. I added this in my previous concept, however, what I would do is add different city locations to expand the business.

  1. I really enjoyed reading your venture concept Mya. After reading about your business again, I feel like your idea is just an upgraded version of uber eats. This has its pros because you business would be more expanded in having more and better choices to choose from but you can't ignore the cons too. I feel like the biggest con is that your going into the business with many competition such as uber eats, door-dash, post-mates, and more delivery applications. I feel like with enough time and dedication, you can and will surpass these other competition. Good luck on your journey.

Thanks for demonstrating the overview of your venture concept to us all, for it was actually an honor on my part to have been able to get a chance to get myself exposed to such ideas that I'm sure will be changing the world entirely within the next few years or so, although I do kind of agree with the comment left by the person ahead of me stating that this is to some extent already a rather saturated market that you're trying to go into.

  3. Hey Mya, thanks for running over your venture concept again. I believe this product and company would do very well being that many people don't use uber eats and other services because of the surcharge. It sounds like your service would be cheaper and quicker which is exactly what people want as well as ore variety of food choices. If you can provide those services, I believe that you can compete with the already existing companies.
