Based on the interviews I conducted, they chose the delivery service through their knowledge of how good their services are and through recommendations. Also, the variety of restaurant options played and cost played a factor in choice. 2 out of 3 of the interviewees said that quality and timeliness were the most important, while the other interviewee said price and variety of options was most important. 

Due to it being a delivery service it most likely to be used online or through mobile app devices. The customer is more likely to use credit/ debit. 

The interviewees believed that the quality of the food, the food not being cold, and the timeliness of the delivery driver were deciding factors on if they would use the service again.

I would describe this segment in terms of alternative evaluation, purchase decision, and post-purchase evaluation as quality and price of service are effective in developing a good business.

    I like your post, your interviews seemed very thought out. It makes sense that the consumers would base their trust in your product and others on their reviews and recommendations. There is practical knowledge that you obtained from the interviews including method of payment as well as the deciding factors in when deciding to use your product. Great post!

  2. I really enjoyed reading your post. I loved how your interviews chose between the factors and chose which factor is the best to pay attention to. In the business world you will need to know what the majority of consumers would want you to focus on. A product quality is what many people are concerned with now-a-days. Quality will most likely help you compete with other competitors and will increase the chance of consumers going back to your product.

  3. You were able to summarize your information clearly and concisely. From my own experiences with having food delivered these responses make sense to me as quality and timeliness are typically the go to credentials for how a restaurant and its staff is graded in my opinion. In these situations the staff is not able to make up for mistakes with better service as most people will not reorder from a restaurant after a bad experience.
