The behaviors I have used/ developed to keep up with this course is patience, time management, and consistency. This course requires your full attention and the patience to seek out the full knowledge you will need to advance in this course and in life. This course not only prepares you for future entrepreneurship but also prepares you to think critically and apply methods used in everyday business ventures.
There were plenty of times where I felt like giving up when I felt like an assignment required more from me than I could give, however, that was me merely being an obstacle in my own path. College work, aside from this class is labor intensive, and when I felt like I was overwhelmed, I had to realize that I could do it, and I have a week to complete the assignment on time. By managing my time properly, I was able to see beyond the overwhelming feeling and persevere through.
The three tips I would offer next semester's students would be to develop time management skills, gain patience, and to reach beyond critically thinking in this class setting. By applying critical thinking skills throughout your daily life, it makes it easier to analyze and process difficult material and approaches.
Thank you, Mya, for sharing the behavior you have learned in order to pass this class, I found them very relatable. The one I can relate most to is time management. The is one of the most important behavior to me that someone should have in order to pass this class. If someone does not have that behavior, it would very easy for them to fall behind.
ReplyDeleteI have noticed that many people, including myself, feel like time management is one of the biggest components in being successful in the course. I also agree with your last statement on how one should apply critical thinking skills in their everyday life. This course helps you with this attribute and I have noticed that. All of us in this course had to over come our obstacles in order to have a good grade and I am glad that you are overcoming your obstacles too.
